There is an interactive relation between man and nature ”by rules or no rules”. The universal regularity is an objective existence ”by no rules”, which is equivalent to ”infinity”. The Grand Terminus that produced the two elementary Forms, on the other hand, develops a systematic operation of the universal regularity ”by rules”. Rules can be verified by scientific research. In terms of literary works, the ”rule” of writing is an intuitive representation that is workable to the writer unknowingly. From a researcher's point of view, he studies the achievement of the writer's intuitive representation by means of scientific methods. He discovers the common ground among ”you, he, and I”; establishes the patterns of organization; and illustrates the rules (the organization is established upon the writing is finished). However, the organization of writing can not be constrained by any definite pattern (i.e. by no rules) in order to activate originality. This article explores the interactive context of objective existence (no rules) and scientific research (by rules). |
