Ketamine Effectively Blunts Catheter-related Urinary Bladder Discomfort - a clinical report of three cases

手術後早期輸尿導管引發的膀胱不適，是一個對於病患與照護的醫護人員都是困擾的問題。低劑量Ketamine被認為對這一個窘迫的問題有幫忙。我們報告三個病例，在恢復室中給予止痛劑量的ketamine有效的解除了病患因輸尿導管引發的膀胱不適。

Catheter-related urinary bladder discomfort in patients awakening from anesthesia can be bothersome. Ketamine in subanesthetic dose has been demonstrated to be useful for this distress problem. We report three cases wherein an analgesic dose of ketamine effectively attenuates the catheter-related urinary bladder discomfort in early postoperative period
