Optimal Timing to Perform Epidural Blood Patch for the Case of Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension Complicated with Delayed Subdural Hematoma - A Case Report

我們報導一個案例：一位46歲有自發性低壓性頭痛的女性，在經過硬膜外自體血液治療後獲得緩解，但不久後出現硬腦膜下血腫。病人之後最後接受兩次外科手術移除血塊因為嚴重頭痛。延遲性硬腦膜下血腫或許可能與硬膜外自體血液治療有時間上的關連性，但也可能是自發性低壓性頭痛的自然病程。早期的影像學學檢查應該在神經學症狀或頭痛加劇情況下執行，以早期發現併發症。

We report the case of a 46-year-old woman who had partial relief after epidural blood patch for spontaneous intracranial hypotension, but subdural hematoma (SDH) developed later. SDH evacuation was performed twice for severe headache .Delayed subdural hematoma could be a temporal relationship with epidural blood patch, but maybe clinical course of spontaneous intracranial hypotension. Early image study should be scheduled if any neurologic deficit or worsening headache.
