基于熵權模糊二元對比排序的圖書館選址方法

Locating method of Library Based on Fuzzy Binary comparing sequence with entropy weight

針對圖書館的選址決策問題，提出了一種基於模糊二元對比排序法群決策的選址方法。定性分析和定量計算相結合，利用模糊數學中的模糊二元對比排序法確定圖書館選址指標體系的優先次序，先對模型進行描述,指標評價中語言評價資訊的模糊性，採用模糊二元對比排序法來描述和處理語言評價資訊，並依此建立了基於熵權模糊二元對比排序法的圖書館的選址模型。通過該方法可以得到以模糊二元對比排序形式給出的圖書館選址評價值。並通過實例說明了該選址方法的有效性。

With respect to location decision-making of locating method campus library, allocating method based on fuzzy binary comparing sequence group decision-making is put forward. Firstly, the criteria system for location of the library established. Directed at the ambiguity of linguistic assessment information in the index evaluation, the linguistic assessment information is described and processed using the fuzzy binary comparing sequence, and then an accurate allocation model of the campus library set up based on fuzzy binary comparing sequence with entropy weight. Then fuzzy binary comparing sequence group decision-making steps are presented, in which the values of campus library evaluation with entropy weight fuzzy binary comparing sequence are obtained. Finally, the locating method is validated by an example.
