In recent years, with the large-scale increase of hotel and food & beverage employees, the turnover rates have also risen as a result. For an international tourist hotel corporation, overcoming the higher human resource turnover rates becomes a critical issue. So this study would explore personality traits, work values, organizational culture and organizational commitment. This study of employees of personality traits, work values, organizational culture and organizational commitment- a case of A hotel. Then, divided the structure of personality traits into openness, conscientiousness, neuroticism, extraversion, and other orientation and the structure of work values into extrinsic values, intrinsic values, and concomitant values and divided the structure of organizational culture into brand culture, encouraging cultural and communication culture and divided the structure of organizational commitment into normative commitment and effort commitment. Using literature review and questionnaire survey to explore the questions of research framework. A survey of 260 questionnaires was conducted in this research, with valid responses of 252 poll samples from the interviewees, which result in an effective rate of 96.9%. The results showed: 1.Personality traits has a prominently effect on work values. 2. Personality traits has a prominently effect on organizational commitment. 3. Work values has a prominently effect on Organizational commitment. 4. Organizational culture not had a moderate the effect between personality traits and organizational commitment. 5. The incentive culture of organizational culture had a moderate the effect between work values and organizational commitment. This study suggests that arrangements appropriate duties and training staff to appreciate the importance of brands and the implementation of incentive systems through the understanding of employees personality traits to improve the organizational commitment of employees. |
