The Application of 2-Tuple and OWA Operator in Evaluation of Coffee Service Quality

針對解決具有語言評價資訊的多指標群決策問題, 提出了一種基於二元語義資訊處理的群決策方法，該方法是採用近年來最新發展的二元語義概念對語言評價資訊進行處理和運算。將二元語義以及有序加權平均運算子（Ordered Weighted Averaging, OWA）結合起來對服務品質的評估提供了一種新的思路和方法。在實際應用中，這套處理複雜問題的程式是非常方便容易；根據這種方法得出的結論有利於業者對評估進行綜合管理和運用，證明該方法的簡便性和有效性。

A new method is proposed to solve multiple attribute group decision making problems with linguistic assessment information .In the method , the 2-tuple linguistic representation developed in recent years is used to aggregate the linguistic assessment information . This paper provides a way to evaluate coffee service quality by combining 2-tuple fuzzy linguistic approach and OWA. The algorithm is very convenient and easily applicable in practice. According to the result, managers can carry out integrated management and use coffee industry well. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the validity and simplicity of the method.
