父母對其未成年子女會面交往權之研究

A Study of Parental Visitation Rights

本文旨在探討我國法律體系規範下的會面交往權。會面交往權的行使多源自父母因故分離，且多來自離婚，而導致雙方所生子女，必須受其父母之一方照護，父母之他方則行使對其子女之會面交往權。期由本研究而能提出一些關於會面交往權應興應革的建議。

This study focuses on the legal system of visitation rights which plays an important role in maintaining the relationships between noncustodial parents and their children, because many parents and their children live separately for many reasons such as divorce in Taiwan. And then, we try to suggests how to improve our legal system of visitation rights.
