In the new round of global technological revolution and industrial revolution， “Internet +”， as a new economic form and developmental paradigm， has permeated into all aspects of society. Providing high quality online education and continuing education is a new requirement put forward by the 19th CPC National Congress. Establishing a new mechanism of “Internet +” Adult higher education will bring about unprecedented changes in government supervision approach， university running mode， instruction organization， learning mode， and management approach. The government should transform its management approach， strengthen policy design， and improve quality supervision. Colleges and universities should transform the philosophy of running and realize the all-round transformation and development in personnel training mode， training process， training approach， training system， and quality evaluation. |
