臺灣少年性侵害循環影響因子與司法處遇之探討

Understanding the Cycling of Sexual VictimPerpetrator on Juvenile in Taiwan

本研究探討「少年性侵害循環」現象（the sexua lvictim-perpetrator cycle of juvenile），除統計上的顯著意義外，尚待深究的問題，包括：一、男性也會遭受性侵害，且性侵害遭遇對男性少年的影響，亟需被關注；二、性侵害循環的影響因子為何？；三、在「性侵被害-加害」的轉變間，其所衍生的社會問題為何？對於少年性罪犯的處遇，「治療師」的角色功能不同於犯罪偵查或司法審判者，應當遵循的專業理念及處遇策略為何？研究發現，「少年性侵害循環現象」迫使我們面對男性也會遭遇性侵害的現實，更挑戰治療師能否同時接納及處遇「被害-加害」的矛盾危顫。此外，對於少年性侵害加害人而言，多數並非「病態」的性罪犯，他們可能只是面臨青春期的身心變化、生活上的各式壓力、對親近異性的好奇和幻想、被迫安置在機構內等處境，但選擇以不適當的方式去侵害他人的身體。

This paper studies the cycling of sexual victim perpetrator on juvenile in Taiwan, and attempts to explore the phenomenon of male sexual victims have become sexual perpetrators. In addition to the data support the notion of the sexual victim perpetrator cycle of juvenile, we also focuses on its influencing factors through literature review. - - This research findings of the present study are as follows: 1. The fact that men also be sexual assault, and we should focuses on its influencing factors. 2. For juvenile sexual offenders, most of them are not mental disorders, but suffered from the pressure of physical, psychological, life, intimate relationships at puberty. Finally, the implication, applications, and suggestions of this study were addressed.
