Bamboo Slips of The Qin State from Yunmeng and Liye is the mainrepresentative. There are also many contents of this theme in thearchaeological data of Mausoleum of the First Qin Emperor. According tothese data, we can see that the management is strict and high level from theperiod of Qin State to the unification of Qin and the later. Just because ofthis, Qin State can destroy the other six countries and rule all the land.Finally Qin State establish a unified centralized state.
