楊樹達文字訓解六則及其釋字理論商榷

On Yang Shudas Six Philological Exegesis Issues and His Hermeneutical Theories

楊樹達為我國文字訓詁名家，考釋文字、訓詁融會經史，時有創見。然因受時代侷限與釋字理論謬誤之影響，楊氏考釋文字仍有若干可商榷之處。筆者嘗撰〈楊樹達文字訓詁商榷〉一文，具體討論楊氏文字訓詁之失。今再舉楊氏文字訓詁有誤之例六則，提出可商榷之意見；同時探析楊氏考釋文字時所運用之釋字理論，並舉證楊氏考釋文字所以謬誤，實因其釋字理論有所誤差所致。

Yang Shuda was a Chinese exegesis master and had creative insights on Historical Chinese Semantics and on exegetical integrations of classics and history. However, due to the factors of time limitations and the hermeneutical pitfalls, there are still questionable issues on Yang's criticisms and explanations. The author has previously published an essay, “On Yang Shuda's Exegesis”, to discuss the advantages and disadvantages of Yang's Exegesis in details. For the sake of in-depth investigation, here the author further takes six mistaken issues of Yang's exegesis as examples and proposes the some ideas for discussion. In addition, the author analyzes the exegetical theories that Yang adopted to explain Chinese lexis. As a result, the author shows that the reasons for Yang’s mistakes in his study of Chinese characters were due to the problems in his theories of exegesis.
