Pain research plays one important role in modem neuroscience. Although there were efforts on studying kinds of hypotheses, the critical points remain in suspense. With traditional biochemisty, one experiment allowed to observe a few target at one time. That is impossible to draw the whole outline of pain mechanism with few variations. Therefore, in this post-genome era, several high-throughput experiment methods are developed sequentially and bring the gleams of resolving complex network. Proteomics has recently received lots of attention for gaining a wider and comprehensive understanding of the relevance of genomic sequencing initiatives. There has thus far been relatively little research in this field. Therefore, the major purpose of this review is to introduce these basic proteomic experimental steps and to better determine their applications in pain research. |
