論事件角色對附加成分格位指派之影響

On the Role of the Eventuality in Case Assignment on Adjuncts

有些語言，標有格位的附加成分可以帶受格，並且標示所表達事件在時間上的完成性。就韓語而言，期間和頻率附加語都可以帶受格或主格標誌，並且不造成時制上的語意差別。本文首先探討影響附加成分格位指派的兩個主要因素：主語的有生性以及述語的語意屬性。另外，本文還會指出附加成分的格位指派也同時受到說話者是以個體參與或是以完整事件來呈現事件本身。

In Korean, duration and frequency adverbials may show accusative or nominative case, with no apparent difference in their temporal or aspectual semantic contribution. We first discuss two main factors influencing case on adverbials, the animacy of the subject and the semantic properties of the predicate involved. We then show that in addition to these two factors, case assignment is also influenced by how the speaker presents an event ─as involving an entity participating in an action, or as a holistic event.
