開放取用期刊投稿推廣：以BioMed Central為例

Submission Promotion of Open Access Journals for BioMed Central

成大圖書館於2015年7月加入BioMed Central開放取用期刊平臺之機構會員服務，提供本校投稿者享有投稿文章處理費85折之優惠，並藉由投稿服務說明會、線上影片、主管會報、網路與實體宣傳管道等多種方式進行推廣。本文針對推廣成效進行分析與觀察，結果顯示機構支付經費整體降低、醫學領域研究者投稿意願提高，並探討推廣困難點與圖書館未來可努力之方向。

NCKU library joined the membership program of BioMed Central in July 2015 and got the 15% discount on the article processing charge for researchers and graduate students. We took promotion by training course, online video, and different electronic and physical ways. We analyzed the promotion result after one year. It showed the overall reduction in cost of article processing charges and the high willingness of submission to OA journals in medical research. And then, we discussed the difficulties in promotion and possible improvements in the future.
