Based on the analysis of the development of large data construction in international and domestic education and the challenges of the development of China’s large education data, this paper starts with the significance and function of the education big data construction. It also attempts to explore the international and “education localization” principle, and presents a tentative basic framework for the construction of educational data in China. On the basis of adhering to the basic guiding ideology, this paper tries to construct the whole solution of the generation, application and evolution of the education big data resources in China, provides a new model to solve the educational problems by using big data, improves the key technology and product services, and helps the formation of new ecological industries. It is supposed to achieve the goal of constructing people-oriented effective China’s education big data. |
