The national quality open video courses， which cost hundreds of thousands bucks each course， is the national project running with the highest cost of a single course so far. With a high social corcern， the national quality open video courses does not reach a high level of watch number， neither does the interaction involvement of learners. In a word， the impact is far from expected.
