Group collaborative learning has become one of the most important ways for teachers' professional development. With the rise of cloud computing, big data, mobile Internet and other new-generation information technologies, the group cooperation environment is becoming increasingly mature; the complexity of collaborative interaction puts forward new requirements for learning environment, especially content-based interaction in ubiquitous learning environment. Based on the theory of group collaboration, this paper analyzes the digital support environment of teacher training, and constructs the model of teacher training in the perspective of knowledge sharing and innovation. The model is applied to the teacher training project of the "Guangdong Teaching Cloud" experimental schools in Zhuhai, the results confirm the effectiveness of the model. |
