With the development of educational information, teacher’s educational technology ability has become an important component of teachers’ professional quality. What are the problems in improving the educational technology ability of normal university students, and how to improve them? The research group conducted an investigation and interview on the normal students of some universities in Shandong Province. Based on the problems that exist and the causes of these problems, this paper constructs a new model of cultivating educational technology ability of normal students, and makes a deep discussion on how to determine the training goal, perfect the training content, improve the training strategy and reform the evaluation mode of normal university students’ educational technology ability. Finally, this study applies the training mode to the normal application in Shandong Normal University. The results show that the attitude and consciousness, knowledge and skills, application and innovation, and many other aspects of normal university students have a greater increase. |
