2008 AAS Book Exhibition The 2008 (60th) Annual Meeting and Book Fair of the Association for Asian Studies (AAS) was held from April 3 to 6, 2008, at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta, Georgia. Representing Taiwan, the NCL, Linking Publishing Company, Tudor Tech System Company, Hyweb Technology Company, and Transmission Books & Microinfo Company organized displays at the book fair with support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and Library Association of the Republic of China (Taiwan)(LAROC). The displays introduced new books and information services in Taiwan, strengthened Taiwan's 'book diplomacy,' and promoted Taiwanese culture among scholars and librarians attending the meeting.
