NCL Hosts Meeting for Ministry of Education Heads The NCL hosted the “18th Meeting of Department Heads under th Ministry of Education” on May 3-4, 2007, at the Jhongshan Hall in Taipei. Sponsored by the Ministry of Education (MOE), the meeting was attended by about 60 directors of ministry departments and 26 cultural centers. The theme of the meeting was “Approaches for Integrated Marketing of Creative Added Value at Community Centers.” Two keynote speeches were delivered at the meeting. Dr. Liu Wei-kung spoke on “Cultural Tourism Development and Challenges”; and Dr. Chang Yu-shan addressed the topics of “Creative Organization Management.” The cultural center directors also briefed the meeting on the key work areas at their organizations.
