七十六年度巿售風濕鎮痛類中藥製劑羼加西藥成分之調查

INVESTIGATION OF THE ADULTERATION OF SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL DRUGS IN MARKETED CHINESE HERBAL RHEUMATIC AND ANALGESIC PREPARATIONS

自民國六十三年至七十三年，本局暨前台灣省衛生試驗所受理各縣市縣生局抽查之中藥製劑及其他單位送驗藥品並依歷年來檢驗結果分析，各類製劑中以風濕鎮痛類中藥製劑羼加西藥成分的比率最高。為追蹤此類製劑之市場銷售品品質良劣，本局仍配合業務，於七十四及七十五年度連續針對該類製劑市售品作調查，其結果七十四年度不合格率17.75%，七十五年度不合格率7.74%，因羼加比率相當高，仍再於七十五年八月至七十六年八月繼續此項目之抽驗，並參照「中藥製劑羼加西藥之檢驗研究」及薄層層析法、分光光度測定法予以檢驗，以期完成一連貫性的廣泛探討，深入作一比較。

We had investigated the adulteration of Chinese rheumatic and analgesic preparations with synthetic chemical drugs between 1985 and 1986. In order to conduct a thorough investigation of the quality of those drugs, we collected 150 samples randomly from August 1986 to August 1987 in Taiwan area. The results from T. L.C. and U. V. spectrophotometric analysis indicated 17 of 150 samples (i.e. 11.3%) were adulterated with synthetic drugs including Caffeine, Indomethacin, Acetaminophen, Diclophenac Sodium, Chlorzoxazone, Hydrochlorothiazide, Piroxicam, Phenylbutazone、Mefenamic acid、Phenacetin、Aminopyrine, Ibuprofen and Ketoprofen. The adulterants are similar to those found in the previous fiscal year except piroxicam and Ketoprofen.
