由《治肝三十法》探討王旭高對肝風證之辨證及用藥

Investigate the Identification and Formula of Liver Wind Pattern by Physician Wang Xu Gao's Theory about from ＂Thirty Methods of The Liver Disease Pattern＂

王旭高是清朝著名的醫家，以善治肝病聞名。王氏將肝病分為「肝氣、肝風、肝火」之三綱體系。而在三者之中，又以肝風證症狀最繁，不易於醫者所掌握。王氏在治法、適應症、具體症狀、方藥都形成其特殊的學術思想，因此，建立王氏有關肝風證理論的詳細研究是必須的。我們根據《西溪書屋夜話錄》中論述肝風之內容做分析與探討，並研究《王旭高臨證醫案》及《環溪草堂醫案》裡所記載之醫案。在肝風證中，肝陽上亢、肝腎陰虛是最常見的病理機制。主要的治療原則為平肝潛陽，滋養肝陰。王氏的肝風證治療不僅繼承了傳統，更有他獨到的診治經驗，是值得我們學習和應用的。

Wang Xu Gao, who was a famous liver physician over the ages in the Qing Dynasty. He divided liver disease pattern into three parts, which include liver qi pattern, liver wind pattern and liver fire pattern. Among these three different disease patterns, liver wind pattern is the most difficult to understood. Wang got his own idea on liver wind treating, indication, specific symptoms and formula. Thus, a detailed study of Wang's theory about liver wind pattern is needed to be established. In this study, we discussed Wang's theory about liver wind pattern according to ＂Xixi Library Recorded＂ and investigated the medical cases from ＂Wang Xu Gao Medical Records＂ and ＂Huan Xi Cao Tang medical record＂. In the liver wind pattern, ascendant hyperactivity of liver yang and liver kidney yin vacuity is the most common pathomechanism. The main therapeutic principle is calm the liver yang and enrich liver yin. Wang's liver wind treatment not only inherited the tradition, but also got distinct experiences, which are worthy to learn and application in clinic.
