灸壯與灸戕通假、「(口父)咀」原作「父且」而與斧粗通假仲景以桂枝入藥而非宋臣由桂皮所改名

Moxibustion: Jiu Zung and Jiu Qiāng were Interchangeability of Words, the Origin of Fu Jǔ was Fù Jū and was Interchangeable with Fǔ cū Cassia Twig in Zhong-Jing's Decoction rather than Cassia Bark (Cinnamon)

針的單位曰「刺」，灸的單位曰「壯」。歷代醫家釋灸「壯」多訛作健「壯」解。河洛語「壯」字讀同河洛語「粽」字音。另可與「戕」字通假，讀如北京話之「牆」字音，作殘害解；其字義與健壯無關。針療穿刺皮膚故曰刺，灸療灼爛肌肉故曰戕。出土文獻只作「父且」，並無作「(口父)咀」者，「(口父)咀」兩字的口旁是後人增衍。「父」為「斧」字省去斤旁而通假，其字義與父親無關。《五十二病方》續斷作續「□」可徵。「且」為「粗」字之省筆通假。父且即斧粗之意，其詞義與「細切」相反而非關咀嚼。桂枝水解物質之生物活性與桂皮揮發油脂功用有別，醫藥文獻研究必須兼顧臨床用藥情形。日本學者真柳誠誤以論中桂枝原作桂皮（肉桂），筆者考證宋臣林億並無更改桂枝藥名。《素問》：「道者，聖人行之，愚者佩之。」其「佩」字非作佩服或佩戴解。《台語彙音》佩、悖同讀ㄅ音而通假，違反、逆亂之意。出土文獻多有語音通假者，研究漢代醫學應藉助漢代語音方能了解作者　原意，而河洛語十五音法為重要工具。

The unit of the needling was called ”cì” and The unit of the moxibustion was called ”Zung”. The moxibustion ”Zung” was wrongly interpretated with jiàn ”zhuàng” in the past. The pronunciation of ”Zung” is the same with HoLo language ”Zungˋ” and is interchangeable with ”Qiāng”. ”Cì” means thorn resulting from needling puncture while ”Qiāng” means injure due to the moxibustion with burning rotten muscles. There had only Fù Jū instead of Fu Jǔ in the excavated document. Fù Jū means fine slicing instead of mastication.The biological activity of cassia twig hydrolyzed material and the function of cassia bark (cinnamon) volatile oil are different. The actual usage in the clinical practice should considered when the excavated document related to medicine was researched. Zhen Liu Cheng, Japanese scholar, misunderstood that cassia twig was cassia bark (cinnamon) in Zhong-Jing's Decoction. The author did textual research and verified that Yi Lin did not change the name of cassia twig. It was common to appear interchangeability of words in excavated document. So the original meaning of the writer could be understood by means of the phonics of the Han Dynasty when we study the Han Dynasty medicine. And Holo fifteen tone method would be an important tool.
