雞肉及雞蛋中必利美達民(Pyrimethamine)殘留量之調查

SURVEY OF PYRIMETHAMINE RESIDUE IN CHIOCKEN AND EGGS

必利美達民（Pyrimethamine）為治療人之瘧疾及動物住血原蟲病之用藥，將之添加於雞飼料中使用，可預防雞隻白冠病發生，同時此藥物也殘留在雞肉，並延伸殘留在雞蛋中。必利美達民因具有引起血液病變之作用，早為各國所禁用。民國七十五年間我國即因必利美達民之使用問題引起社會大眾之極度關切和反應。民國七十六年政府公告之「動物用藥殘留量標準」中未列必利美達民之殘留量標準，故依規定不得檢出。為配合殘留量標準之施行，確立動物用藥殘留量標準檢驗方法並藉以調查殘留情形實有必要。因此本調查之目的在於以溶媒分配萃取方法配合氣相層析─電子捕獲檢出方法，探討其回收率，再籍以分析由零售市場所抽購之雞肉及雞蛋等檢體以瞭解必利美達民之殘存情形。

The samples of chicken & eggs were prepared by partition extraction and analyzed by GC-ECD. For the chicken samples, each 10 gm portion was injected with 1 to 5 ug of pyrimethamine. An average recovery rate of 91.6% was obtained for the chicken samples. Altogether, 100 samples 50 egg samples and 50 chicken samples were purchased from markets in the Taiwan area between July of 1987 and June of 1988. However, no pyrimethamine residues were detected from any of these samples.
