護理人員對於臨床路徑資訊化目的及介面設計之需求探討

Analyze the purpose & User interface design requirement of nurses on computerize Clinical Pathway system

本研究目的為分析目前臨床路徑紙本作業的書寫現況、護理人員對臨床路徑資訊化目的、以及介面設計的需求。本研究場所為北部某區域教學醫院外科病房。首先以開放性問卷收集3個病房工作年資5年以上的10位護理人員對目前臨床路徑手工作業的現況，以了解各種護理表單的用途以及現況臨床照護中的問題；之後對3個外科病房區63位護理人員的基本屬性以及對臨床路徑資訊化目的及介面設計之需求作調查。研究結果發現在臨床路徑手工作業現況方面，有80％的護理人員表示表單太多，需要不斷的重複謄寫等問題。對臨床路徑資訊化的目的需求方面，以「降低重複謄寫造成的錯誤」的需求最高；在介面設計需求方面，以「系統上有關的病患資訊是最新的」的需求最高。此外發現護理人員教育程度不同對資訊化介面設計需求具顯著性差異，亦即大學以上的護理人員對介面設計之需求較專科畢業者為高。期望未來實證時可根據現況臨床路徑手工作業缺失以及護理人員對資訊化之需求設計出臨床路徑資訊化之建置計劃，以建立更完整的醫療以及護理資訊系統，進而提昇病患的照護品質。

The purpose of this research is to: 1. Analyze the current situation of manual operation on clinical pathway. 2. Analyze the requirement of nurses for computerized Clinical Pathway system. A teaching hospital in north Taiwan was chosen as a research target. The outcome showed 80% nurses think there were too much documents containing the same information on different papers that they have to fill repeatedly, and it takes too long to do such paper recording. For the user interface design, the most demanded item was to keep the most current information of the patient in the system. One interesting thing is the education degree was found to be of significant difference for the requirement of interface design, which showed that nurses hold university degrees demand more than college degree nurses. It is expected that with the integration of current HIS and medical and nurse information system can lead to improve the quality of patient care.
