類風濕性關節炎中西結合病例報告

患者為34歲男性，於2001年就讀台灣科技大學研究所期間，開始出現右手近端指間關節（PIP）腫脹發炎疼痛的情況，在睡眠不足的情況下，腫脹疼痛感加重，於此時就診於台大醫院水源院區，主述有手近端指間關節疼痛，並描述從高中時期開始即有腰痠不能久站、久坐及俯臥的情況，血清學檢查RF（-）、HLA-B27（-），診斷為僵直性脊椎炎、血清陰性關節炎。患者無任何相關的關節炎或自體免疫疾病家族病史。患者工作性質為高壓力的科技業，工作地點在大陸深圳，工作時間為周一到周六從早上8點至晚上8點。常須加班熬夜。於2010/08/13開始於本診所就診。在持續服用西藥前提下，關節發炎的狀況在治療過程中有反覆發作，接著持續減緩，而中藥已由科學中藥搭配水煎藥進而減為只由科學中藥來治療關節發炎的情形。
