急性上呼吸道感染治驗一二例體會

One & Two Cases Management of TCM Nursing for Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (AURTI)

急性上呼吸道感染，包括急性鼻竇炎、流行性感冒、普通感冒、咳嗽、喘鳴、氣喘、過敏性鼻炎、咽喉痛、支氣管擴張症等疾病之總稱。臨床上，均伴隨著有咳嗽帶痰，偶而痰中帶血絲，呼吸急促，甚至呼吸困難，咽痛口乾，發作期時嚴重發高燒等明顯症狀。如忽略此疾病的早期護理及診斷治療，易導致嚴重肺炎、肺心症，而危至生命的延續。

The internal infection might be occurred in the Chinese Medicine Hospital or Clinic due to the treatment such as other patients taking a cold or influenza or dry cough and allergic rhinitis (stuffy nose). Above all, the syndrome of diseases was called as ”Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.”The discussible theme was one and two cases management of TCM nursing for Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection (AURTI). The clinical total effective experiences of two cases were treated with Chinese medicine powder such as Chin-Jou-Jo-Hweng Tong (清燥救肺湯加減), or Hua-Gai-Shang (華蓋散) Bu-Chung-Eah-Chi-Tong (補中益氣湯) more and more etc, while those of the powders and the Chinese herbs were showed respectively and significant effect in nursing for AURTI by TCM. No adverse effect was found in the clinical trial. So this management was my experience on the treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection.
