外科病床管理輔助系統

Construction of Bed Management System for a Surgical Department

健保即將全面以DRG為住院給付依據，病床的使用效率將是醫院是否能獲利的重要關鍵。本文提出基本外科病床管理架構，並結合醫院資訊系統及候床名單，建立病床管理輔助系統，提供管理病床所需的資訊。希望藉著此一系統的輔助，能讓病房管理者更容易掌握病房的狀況，提昇整個部門的運作效率。

The health insurance of Taiwan is rapidly evolving, which makes bed management a critical issue in hospital administration. We had constructed a framework integrating hospital information system (HIS) and waiting lists for admission with in a surgical department, which could provide necessary information for efficient bed management. This framework should be adopted into HIS for better efficacy of hospitals.
