靈龜八法和飛騰八法之理論基礎與臨床運用簡介

Introduction to the Theoretical Basis and Clinical Application in the Intelligent Turtle (Ling-Gu-Ba-Fa) and the Heavenly Stems(Fei-Teng-Ba-Fa)

靈龜八法和飛騰八法是針灸搭配時間療法的最佳範例之一，但由於理論複雜，推算不易，並容易受限於使用時間，並不為臨床醫師所常用；有鑒於近年來國內外學者在時間醫學、周易八卦和奇經八脈的整合規律上做出許多研究，筆者認為靈龜八法和飛騰八法有在臨床上使用的價值；本文分別描述歷史起源、理論概念、使用方式、理論質疑點和現代研究，並同時附上六十甲子逐時開穴表，以期能對徐鳳所傳承並發揚的時間取穴法，做出通盤性的了解。

The Eight methods of intelligent turtle and the Heavenly Stems are the best examples of acupuncture treatments combined with chronomedicine. However, owing to complicated theory, difficulties in calculation and time-using restriction, these interventions are not applied and accepted broadly. In recent years, researchers worldwide put lots of emphasis on the integrated rhythm of chronomedicine, Zouyi and the eight Trigrams and the Eight Extraordinary Channels, so the authors think the clinical utility values of these methods should be took into considerations. This article described the historic origins, theory, procedures, theoretical criticism and modern researches respectively. Sexahenary cycle daily use acupuncture points graphic is also included. Through this article, we hope to make comprehensive understanding of time-based acupuncture technique which was inherited and excelled by Dr. 徐鳳.
