本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品 cloxacillin sodium （批號76-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係依據 U.S. Code of Federal Regulation，將取得之原料藥與 U.S.P. 標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果為每 mg 之 cloxacillin sodium 含 cloxacillin 力價899.9μg。 |
| 英文摘要 |
The 'Cloxacillin Sodium Reference Standard' (Lot No.76-1) of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was assayed. The potency was determined by the microbiological agar diffusion method. The results against the U. S. P. Reference Standard were established with a potency of 899.9µg per mg. It was detenmined that this will serve as the 'cloxacilin Sodium Reference Standard'. |
