中醫藥診治木村病病例報告及理論推導

A Case Study and Theoretical Derivation of Kimura's Disease Treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicine

本病例為一中年女性，反覆發作頸部淋巴腫大，十年前於醫學中心皮膚科經病理切片診斷為木村病，使用西藥無明顯緩解，近一日又發作右側頭頸部腫塊突起，色鮮紅，伴隨灼熱疼痛，於民國103年11月20日至本院中醫部就診。其右側頭頸部發作鮮紅色腫塊，病灶腫痛，界線明顯，無明顯加重緩解因子，舌紅，脈弦滑，關浮，針對患者症狀，辨證為血熱，採用玉女煎加減治療後症狀痊癒。

The case we presented is a middle-aged woman with an enlarging cervical mass and who was diagnosed as having Kimura's disease by a biopsy sample in medical center ten years ago. There was no effective treatment before. Due to an unilateral red and painful enlarging cervical mass occuring again, she went to our Traditional Chinese Medicine clinics on November 20th, 2014. The right red enlarging cervical mass were disturbed her with painful sensation and there was no obviously factor can relieve or deteriorate it. Under the impression of bloodheat, she was treated with yunü decoction. After the treatment, the symptoms were relieved.
