利用氣相層析法分析豆芽菜中2,4—D之檢驗方法業已建立。豆芽菜中殘留之2,4—D經溶媒萃取及甲基化處理後，使用DB-1 15m × 0.537m/m megabore column以氣相層析儀予以定性定量分析。本法經測試結果頭示，2,4—D添加5-25ug之平均回收率為83.53%，最低檢出量為0.074ug/g，且1~5ug/ml之檢測範圍內具有良好之線性關條。以本法檢測東部地區154件豆芽菜檢體結果，顯示11.04%豆芽菜殘留有2,4—D。 |

Residual 2,4–D in Bean Sprouts was extracted and methylated, gas chromatographic determination followed, the use of DB–1 15M x 0.537m/m mega bore column detected 11.04% of 154 sample had 2,4–D residue. The calibration curve owned excellent linear relationship and the average recovery was 83.53% , detection. Limit was 0.074pg/g. |
