市售烤雞烤鴨之沙門氏桿菌與金黃色葡萄球菌之調查

INVESTIGATION OF SALMONELLA ANDSTAPHYLOCOCCUS AUREUS IN ROAST CHICKEN AND DUCKS

自民國81年9月至82年5月，在宜蘭縣，花蓮縣與台東縣、等三縣抽購市售之烤雞烤鴨檢體100件，檢驗結果所有檢體均未檢出沙門氏桿菌，但金黃色葡萄狀球菌檢出11%，分別在電烤雞及掛爐雞檢出22%及10%，而掛爐鴨均未檢出；至于其腸毒素A，B，C，D及痙攣休克型毒素測定結果均為陰性。

One hundred samples of roast chicken and roast ducks were purchased randomly from Ilain, Hualien and Taitung counties, Detection of Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were performed according to official methods. No Salmonella was found in any sample, while 11% of the samples were Staphylococcus aureus-positive, but no Staphylococcal enterotoxin were detected.
