大陸食品（糖果、餅乾及蜜餞）中著色劑之檢驗

SURVEY OF COLOR ADDITIVES IN FOODS (CANDIES, BISCUITS AND PRESERVED FRUITS) FROM MAINLAND CHINA

自民國82年10月至83年3月於大陸北京及上海等地區抽購糖果、餅乾及蜜餞檢體共112件，依據中國國家標準10889，N6185號予以檢驗，結果檢出著色劑者30件，皆為規定內煤焦色素。

One hundred and twelve samples of candies (57), biscuits (6), syrupy fruits(46) and others (3) were analyzed. The color additives of the samples were conformed by official methods during a period from October 1993 to March 1994. While thirty samples were found to contain color additives, no illegal colors were found in the samples analyzed.
