新竹科學園區藥品網路訂購系統之建置與實證研究

Constructing the Network Medicine Order Systemfor Hsinchu Science Park and An Empirical Study

由於商務電子化業務的蓬勃發展，供應鏈管理顯然已成為企業或醫療產業作為經營及規劃線上物流系統之理論依據，並實際運用在採購與資材的電腦系統開發中。本研究提出應用供應鏈管理訂單整合與網路採購模式進行醫療機構線上物流電子化系統之導入，並實際以新竹科學園區藥品訂購作業作為實證研究之對象，將原始人工表單作業轉置為網際網路商務電子化作業，除節省人力與物力資源的浪費，並讓帳務處理安全化與效率化。本系統在園區實施後，本文針對園區廠商業務負責人發出200份問卷，了解顧客滿意度，以進行適性分析，由問卷數據分析可得知，在系統操作接受度與服務品質滿意度上，廠商皆給予高度的肯定，也證實本研究所導入藥品線上訂購系統，確實改善醫療機構整體運作流程並提昇科學園區各廠商藥品訂購作業之效益。

On account of the rapid development of the electronic commerce, the enterprise and the hospital make use the supply chain management to expedite their logistics business. This paper constructs the network medicine order system based on the model of the supply chain management to improve the efficiency of the medicine order operation of the Hsinchu Science Park (H.S.P). It is more convenient for the customer to order the medicine on the network system than the traditional operation. After one month of the implementation, the analytic result of the 129 questionnaires shows that the executors of the medicine order affairs of each company in H.S.P had high approbation to the medicine order system, especial in the operation satisfaction and the service quality.
