原發性輸卵管惡性混合彌勒氏瘤之病例報告暨文獻回顧

Primary malignant mixed Mullerian tumor of the Fallopian tube: a case report and literature review

輸卵管惡性混合彌勒氏腫瘤在所有婦科癌症中相當罕見，很難於術前診斷，搜尋國內外文獻，迄今約82例的病例報告。我們報告一位56歲停經後女性，因右下腹疼痛求醫，發現左側子宮附屬器腫瘤接受腹腔鏡手術，術中冰凍切片疑為惡性細胞進而改行婦癌減積手術，術後輔以6次含鉑金合併化療治療，追蹤至今20個月，無復發及其他轉移跡象。

Malignant mixed mullerian tumors (MMMTs) of the Fallopian tube are extremely rare. It is difficult to make an accurate diagnosis before operation. Literature reviews showed that only 82 cases of these tumors have been reported. We present a 56-year-old menopausal woman with MMMT of the left fallopian tube. This woman was treated with optimal debulking surgery, followed by six courses of platinum-based chemotherapy. So far, this patient remains disease-free more than 20 months after complete therapy.
