Male patient, 29 age-year-old, was born with mild atopic dermatitis. Later after, patient has asthma and allergic rhinitis, accompying atopic dermatits which are so-called allergic triad. As patient grow older, asthma rarely happens. However, the skin condition of atopic dermatits is getting worse. According to the paper' environment has great effect on atopic dermatits. When patient was 9 years old, his parents decide to move to Australia to improve his dermatitis. Nothing comes out as planned but even getting deteriorated Due to being allergic to lamb wool. patient was treated with Corticosteroids ointment from his childhood to adulthood(age1 to 27). when he was 29, he was disappointed at western treatment and he turn to traditional chinese medicine for help. Patient's family history is described as followed. (His parents do not have any sympton of allergic triad. His uncle on mother side has history of asthma. His little brother has atopic dermatitis with less severe skin condition) |
