藥材中砷含量測定

SURVEY ON CONTENT OF ARSENIC IN MARKETED CRUDE DRUGS

藥材中砷的可能來源途徑有土壤，受污染的水、農藥、滅鼠劑、殺蟲劑及除草劑等。由於中藥材甚多為長期服用方劑之組成，如含有砷化合物則易在體內產生蓄積毒性，形成慢性中毒。而且做為方劑原料之藥材很多為人工栽培，較易受到農藥與除草劑等污染，因此本局於七十四年九月至七十五年三月間，選擇抽購市售中藥材七十六種計三百件，依行政院衛生署公報──「食品中重金屬之暫行機驗方法──砷之檢驗」，檢驗砷含量。

In order to survey the content of arsenic in crude drugs, 300 samples of 76 kinds of crude drugs were analyzed. Samples were prepared by the method of test for heavy metals in food-Test of arsenic, and the content of arsenic were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the contents of most of the samples were below 1ppm (89.7%), 3.3% of the samples were above 3ppm, and the highest one was 468.096 ppm.
