八十年度台灣地區國術館販售風濕鎮痛及鎮喘類中藥製劑羼加西藥成分之調查

INVESTIGATION ON SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL DRUGS ILLEGALLY ENRICHED TO ANTIRHUMATIC AND ANTIANALGESIC AS WELL AS ANTIASTHMATIC CHINESE MEDICAL PREPARATIONS WHICH ARE SOLD BY CHINESE CONFU STORE IN TAIWAN AREA FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990

為瞭解國術館販售風濕鎮痛及鎮喘類中藥製劑羼加西藥情形，於79年9月到79年12月間，自台北市、高雄市及台灣省20個縣市之國術館抽購風濕、鎮痛類111件及鎮喘類34件，其中風濕鎮痛類檢出33件，佔29.7%。鎮喘類檢出8件，佔23.5%。檢出之西藥成分共有Acetaminophen, Ethoxybenzamide, Indomethacin, Mefenamic acid, Phenylbutazone, Diclofenac sodium, Chlorzoxazone, Hydrochlorothiazide, Caffeine, Prednisolone, Papaverine HCl, Ethaverine HCl Theophylline及Piroxicam等14種，其中Phenylbutazone屬部份限制使用之成分，仍有檢出，實值堪慮。此檢驗結果顯示國術館販售之中藥製劑羼加西藥成分之比例，為數不少。

In order to survey the adulteration of synthetic chemical drugs in antirhumatic and antianalgesic as well as antiasthmatic Chinese medical preparations sold by Chinese CONFU stores, We collected 111 samples of antirhumatic and antianalgesic Chinese medical preparations as well as 34 samples of antiasthmatic Chinese medical preparations randomly in Taiwan area from Sept. to Dec. 1990. The results of Thin layer chromatographic and UV spectrophotometric analysis indicated that 33 samples of antirhumatic and antianalges!c Chinese medical preparations (29.7%) were adulterated with synthetic chemical drugs, and 8 samples of antiasthmatic Chinese medical preparations (23.5 %) were adulterated with synthetic chemical drugs. There were Acetaminophen, Ethoxybenzamide, Indomethacin, Mefenamic acid, Phenylbutazone, Diclofenac sodium, Chlorzoxazone, Hydrochlorothiazide, Caffeine, Prednisolone, Papaverine HCl, Ethaverine HCl, Theophylline and Piroxicam etc.
