麵條、肉鬆及蜜餞中動物性異物之分離與計數

ISOLATING & COUNTING LIGHT FILTH FROM NOOLLES, FRIED PORK AND PRESERVED FRUIT PRODUCTS

本調查針對麵條、肉鬆及蜜餞等三類食品進行動物性異物之抽驗，麵條類食品係購於19家製造業者，共計抽驗各式散裝麵條66件，肉鬆類及蜜餞類食品則購於零售商店，抽驗件數各為24及76件，結果於1件濕式麵條中檢出2隻蟎類，於2件乾式麵條中各檢出3 片及1片昆蟲肢體碎片，麵條類食品之總檢出率為4.5%，肉鬆類食品則檢出1件包裝密封者污染4片昆蟲肢體碎片，另於3件散裝檢體中各檢出超過250隻蟎類、1隻昆蟲成蟲及1片昆蟲肢體碎片，總檢出率則為16.7%。另於30件包裝蜜餞及46件散裝蜜餞中，各檢出14及22件污染有蟎類、昆蟲肢體碎片及齧齒類動物體毛等動物性異物，總檢出率則為47.4%，污染有異物之檢體亦常檢出二種以上之異物。

Food samples, 66 noodles, 24 fried pork and 76 preserved fruits were purchased from tetail stores and examined for light filth. The detection rates of noodle products and fried pork were 4.5% and 16.7% respectively. Four insect fragments were found in one sample of packaged fried pork, and over250 mites were found in one sample of unpackaged products. The detection rate of preserved fruits was 47.4%, and more than one kind of light filth (mites, insect fragments, rodent hairs) were found in many_ specimens.
