Primary Vulvar Endodermal Sinus Tumor: A Case Report and Literature Review

內胚竇腫瘤（卵黃囊腫瘤）是一個較為罕見的生殖細胞癌，約佔整體卵巢癌的百分之一，而發生在卵巢以外的位置則更為少見。我們在此報告一位16歲的年輕女性，因為右側外陰腫塊求診，經手術證實為原發性女陰內胚竇腫瘤。術後經化學藥物治療，至今已追蹤兩年，無復發跡象。此為全世界第14例病例報告。

Endodermal sinus tumor (yolk sac tumor) is rare (1% of ovarian malignancies) and most occur in children and young women. It is exceeding rare as an extragonadal tumor. Here we present a case of vulvar endodermal sinus tumor. This is the fourteenth case of the world.
