與國際接軌－－談台灣護理資訊現況與發展

International Connection: The Current and Development of Nursing Informatics in Taiwan

護理資訊在台灣的發展已有很長的一段時間，雖然各機構在護理資訊的應用與開發技術日益成熟，但仍缺乏護理產官學界的政策整合、教育推廣以及臨床發展經驗的交流平台。本文透過系統性的解析台灣與國際間護理資訊發展的差異，最後再提出台灣護理資訊未來的發展方向。希望能讓護理人員對護理資訊的發展有深入的理解，體認資訊科技對護理臨床、教育、行政及研究上的幫助，如此對於台灣未來相關護理資訊制度及系統的推展，將會更有助益。

Although an increasing number of nursing information systems, applications and tools have been developed and applied, research and development related to nursing informatics (NI) is still not well established in Taiwan. The main impediment to NI development is the lack of integration and coordination between healthcare enterprises. To facilitate research and development on NI, the Taiwan Nursing Informatics Association serves as a forum and platform for cross-sectional policy dialogue, and the sharing of clinical, educational and administrative experience. In this article, we survey the development of NI in Taiwan, and report on a comparative study of NI development between Taiwan and other countries. Finally, we identify future research directions and development strategies for NI in Taiwan.
