市售調經理帶類中藥製劑羼加西藥成分之調查

INVESTIGATION ON THE ADULTERATION OF SYNTHETIC CHEMICAL DRUGS IN MARKETED CHINESE HERBAL ANTIDYSMENORRHEICS PREPARATIONS

調經理帶類中藥製劑可能羼加之西藥成分有Ethinylestradiol、Progesterone、EstradiolBenzoate及metronidazole四種。Estradiol係天然物動情激素，Ethinylestradiol係半合成動情激素、Progesterone是人體內重要的助孕素，可作用於幫助妊娠，以上三種為女性賀爾蒙。Metronidazole係對於陰道滴蟲具殺害作用。本局於七十五年八月至七十六年八月間派員赴台灣地區北、中、南各縣市抽購調經理帶類中藥製劑151件，參照「中藥製劑羼加西藥之檢驗研究」及薄層層析法、分光光度測定法檢驗，結果檢出羼加核准外西藥成分之檢體有2件，不合格率為1.32%。倘與本年度抽購之風濕鎮痛類中藥製劑不合格率11.3%及感冒鎮咳額中藥製劑不合格率3.28%比較，本類製劑羼加核准外西藥成分的情形較不嚴重，惟羼加西藥成分的情況並未完全杜絕（如表一）。所檢出之西藥成分Phenacetin、Caffeine及Metronidazole三種（如表二），不合格檢體係2件，其中一件檢出二種西藥成分。Phenacetin及Caffeine均為與治療效能無關，此次調查，發現有中藥業者濫用，罔顧消費者之健康。

Adulteration of synthetic chemical drugs in Chinese antidysmenorrheics preparation is less than other kinds of Chinese herbal preparations. In order to conduct a thorough investigation on the adulteration of chinese herbal antidysmenorrheics preparations with synthetic chemical drugs, We collected 151 samples randomly from August 1986 to August 1987 in Taiwan area. The results from T.L.C and U.V. spectrophotometric analysis indicated 2 samples (i.e. 1.32%) were adulterated with synthetic drugs including phenacetin Caffeine and Metronidazole. It's surprised to find phenacetin and Caffeine adulterated phenacetin is used as an antipyretics and analgesics; while caffeine is a C.N.S. stimulant.
