台灣省宜蘭縣與花蓮縣二地區包裝飲用水之糞便大腸桿菌群及大腸桿菌群汙染調查

INVESTIGATION OF FECAL COLIFORM AND COLIFORM CONTAMINATION OF BOTTLED WATER IN ILAIN AND HUALIEN COUNTIES

以濾膜法檢測台灣省宜蘭縣與花蓮縣、二地區之包裝飲用水44 件，發現均未污染糞便大腸桿菌群。就大腸桿菌群之檢測，使用濾膜法檢出43.2%，惟其菌數不多，而以中國國家標準法檢測，均為陰性。

A total of 44 bottled water samples were collected from Ilain and Hualien counties and tested for fecal coliforms, using the membrane filter technique. No fecal coliforms were found, However 43.2% samples were found to be coliform-contaminated using the membrane filter technique, while all samples were coliform- negative with the expand ( CNS ) standard method.
