雞肉、豬肉及其內臟中動物用藥富來頓與硝化富樂遜殘留檢驗方法之探討

Studys on the Testing Method for the Residues of Furazolidone and Nitrofurazone in Swine and Chicken Tissues

利用逆相層析柱，高效液相層析法分析禽畜肉品中富來頓及硝化富樂遜殘留量之檢驗方法業已建立。本法之最低檢出量均為2 ng（相當於檢體中2ppb）。該三種藥物在豬肉及雞肉中之平均回收率分別為富來頓79.9%及90.9%，硝化富樂遜62.0%及83.3%，於內臟部份包括豬肝、豬腎及雞肝之平均回收率為富來頓86.2%、84.0%及77.6%，硝化富樂遜65.3%、54.2%及59.8%，回收率偏低因呋喃劑易受光分解及蛋白質結著（Protein Binding）之影響，唯其再現性良好。

A reverse phase high performance liquid chromatographic method for determination of the residues of furazolidone and nitrofurazone in swine and chicken tissues was developed. Detection limits of both chemicals in all tissues were 2 ppb. The average recoveries were 79.9% and 90.9% in swine, 62.0% and 83.3% in chicken muscle for furazolidone and nitrofurazone, respectively. In addition, the average reooveries of furazolidone in the organ tissues of swine liver, kidney, and chicken liver were 86.2%, 84.0% and 77.6%, for nitrofurazone were 65.3%, 54.2%, and 59.8%, respectively. Some recoveries lower than 70%, but it showed good stability and reproducibility.
