農產品中依瑞莫殘留量標準檢驗方法之建立

ESTABLISHMENT OF STANDARD ANAL YTICAL METHOD FOR THE DETERMINATION OF ETHIRIMOL RESIDUES IN CROP SAMPLES

本研究發展出利用高效液相層析法（high performance liquid chromatography, HPLC） 檢驗作物中依瑞莫殘留量之方法。依瑞莫以丙酮自西瓜、芒果中萃取出，減壓濃縮去丙酮後以濃鹽酸調整酸鹼度為pH 1-2，以乙醚、正己烷振搖抽取去除雜質，取水層以碳酸氫鈉調整酸鹼度為中性，再以氯仿振搖抽取，所得氣仿萃取液減壓濃縮至乾後，以甲醇溶洗出殘留物並定容，所得檢液配合HPLC附UV檢出器以波長298 nm檢測之。添加依瑞莫於西瓜及芒果中1.0-3.0 ppm 檢體濃度，所得平均回收率為80.3-85.0%，其最低檢出量在西瓜及芒果中皆為0.01 ppm。

A method utilizing high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) has been developed to determine ethirimol in crop samples. Ethirimol was extracted from crop samples with acetone, interference materials removed by solvent partition using diethyl ether and hexane, and the ethirimol extracted from the solution with chloroform. The test solution was determined at UV 298 nm. Recovery studies were performed at 1.0 ~ 3.0 ppm fortification levels, and recoveries ranged between 80.3 ~ 85.0%. The detection limits of ethirimol tested in watermelon and mango were 0.01 ppm.
