畜產品中乃託文檢驗方法之探討極其殘留量之調查

Studies on Analytical Methods of Nitrovin Residues in Livestock Products

利用高效液相層析儀（High performance liquid chromatography）檢測畜產品中的抗菌劑－－乃託文（nitrovin） 之方法已建立。檢體經丙酮的萃取，再以Alumina B SEP PAK淨化，最後利用高效液相層析儀分析、定量。分別添加0.1、0.5 及1ppm之乃託文於雞肉及豬肉進行回收試驗，結果回收率為80.1～92.3%，變異係數則介於1.7～6.1%之間，最低檢出量為0.02ppm。抽購市售鹿肉及豬肉2 件，檢測其乃託文之殘留量，結果均未檢出。

A high performance liquid chromatogrphy (HPLC) method for determination of antibacterial-nitrovin residues in livestock products has been developed. Samples were extracted with acetone, cleaned up with Alumina B SEP PAK, and finally determined by HPLC. Recovery studies were performed at the 0.1, 0.5 and 1 ppm fortification levels. Recoveries were 80.1-92.3% with coefficients of 1.7-6.1%. The lowest quantitatively determinable concentration was 0.02 ppm. Twenty samples of pork and chicken meat were analyzed. No nitrovin residue was found in any sample.
