藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品之力價標定——Cefadroxil monohydrate

CEFADROXIL MONOHYDRATE REFERENCE STANDARD OF THE NATIONAL LABORATORIES OF FOODS AND DRUGS

本文為藥物食品檢驗局對照標準品Cefadroxil monohydrate（ 批號：H-1）之力價標定報告。其標定方法係將取得之原料藥與U.S.P.標準品比對，作微生物力價測定，所得之結果每 mg Cefadroxil monohydrate 含 Cefadroxil 之力價為910.5μg。

A 'Cefadrox il Monohydrate Reference Standard' (Lot No.H-1) of the National Laboratories of Foods and Drugs was prepared. Its potency has been determined at 910.5 µg per mg on cefadroxil basis assessed by a three-dose assay method (Tarcza and Garth, 1978) against the U.S.P Cefadroxil Standard.
