從使用者觀點討論科技產業應用企業系統之綜合效益──以ERP對SCM之影響為例

The Impact of ERP Implementation on Supply Chain Performance of the Technology Industry - A User's View

本研究從使用者觀點探討企業資源規劃（Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP）與供應鏈管理（Supply Chain Management, SCM）之間的綜合效益，以問卷及深度訪談方式調查2005-2006年台灣科技產業應用企業系統之效益，分析149家已經使用ERP系統及70家使用SCM系統的企業。研究架構包含引進企業資源規劃系統的效益、對企業能力建構之影響、以及這些相關企業能力對供應鏈管理績效之影響。以約略集合（rough set）理論作為研究方法，分析兩者的關聯性規則。由研究結果可知從使用者觀點企業資源規劃能（1）改善客服過程 （2）對客戶提供及時服務來提升客戶滿意度和忠誠度，同時提供及時存取和正確一致的企業資料，使得企業資源的有效管理可支援企業結盟及成長、全球佈局，大幅提昇供應鏈的規劃整合能力。藉本研究結果可得知企業資源規劃的諸多效益確實能引領供應鏈管理的成功，且企業導入ERP後使用系統的時間越長績效提昇程度越高。

This paper presents results of operational interaction between enterprise resource planning systems and supply chain performance. The results are based on a sample of 149 announcements of ERP implementations and 70 SCM implementations. We discuss the ERP benefits, firm competences, and supply chain performance. We apply rough set theory (RST) to discover important ERP attributes leading to the success of SCM. ERP was seen as offering a positive contribution to the supply chain issues: (1) more customization of products and services; (2) more standardized processes and information and greater transparency of the marketplace. Implications for subsequent research and management practice are discussed. It became clear that there exists close interrelations in benefits of implementing ERP system and SCM performances.
