隱形眼鏡保養藥水之無菌性品質調查

Survey on Sterilization Quality in Contact Lenses Maintenance Solutions

隱形眼鏡保養藥水係用於隱形眼鏡之清洗、保存並直接接觸人體眼睛，須為無菌之產品，這些產品若因滅菌不完全或運送、保存不當以致遭受微生物污染，對於國人眼睛健康影響甚巨，甚至可能導致眼睛的失明。為進一步瞭解國內市售隱形眼鏡保養藥水產品之無菌性品質，保障民眾健康，97年度針對市售軟、硬隱形眼鏡保養藥水進行無菌性品質調查。經查至96年10月15日止，由行政院衛生署核發之軟、硬式隱形眼鏡保養藥水之許可證共22張，本計畫委託各縣市衛生局於97年1至9月間進行採樣，依源頭及實際市售販售廠家抽取檢體共25件。依據中華藥典及美國藥典之檢驗方法進行檢測，結果顯示25件隱形眼鏡保養藥水之無菌性試驗結果皆符合規定。

In order to survey the sterilization quality of contact lenses maintenance solutions, 25 samples were collected by the local health authorities from hospitals, clinics, manufacturers and importers in different counties from January to July, 2008 and tested for sterility by the method described in the Ch. P. VI and the US Pharmacopeia to evaluate their qualities. The results showed that all samples met the pharmacopeia requirements.
